Paltrow, 42, was hosting the AmfAR gala in LA on Wednesday when she introduced him on the stage, reported the Daily Mirror.
"This brilliant singer-songwriter has sold 8 million records. He has won every single award that there is to be won, especially Father of the Year, which he has won consecutively since 2004," Paltrow told the crowd.
Martin, 37, apparently split from Lawrence, 24, after dating four months, over his close relationship with Paltrow.
