"I am so happy that Kiran Rao reintroduced MAMI. I think it is the best thing that you (Kiran) could have ever done in your life after Aamir Khan. The best thing about MAMI is Kiran and Anupama heading it," Salman said at the MAMI festival here.
"The awards that you get here will be true and correct. It will be on merit. We want to see MAMI bigger," he said.
The "Dabangg" star said he would continue to support MAMI by attending it every year.
Besides Salman, a host of Bollywood celebrities like Vidya Balan, Riteish Deshmukh, Zoya Akhtar, Jackie Shroff, Sudhir Mishra, Nagesh Kukunoor, Anand Gandhi, Kalki Koechlin, Esha Gupta and others were present at MAMI festival.
