Union minister Harsh Vardhan today appealed to the youth to convince their parents to adopt e-banking to eradicate corruption and help develop an economically healthy India as they had earlier helped in eradication of Polio.
The Science and Technology minister launched an e-banking campaign at Shalimar Bagh along with several Delhi BJP leaders and workers and interacted with local shopkeepers and residents trying to convince them to use mobile banking apps.
"The youth should convince their parents to adopt e-banking and e-transactions to eradicate corruption and develop an economically healthy India as once their parents had helped the government in eradicating Polio," the minister said.
Today the country is waging a war against corruption and young students will play a great role by convincing family members to stay away from any cash dealings which may generate black money, he added.
