A decision to this effect was taken in the meeting of the Committee held here today under the chairmanship of Haryana Chief Secretary D S Dhesi.
It was informed in the meeting that these projects include improvement of health and economic condition of the population and the livestock in the proximity of Panipat Thermal Power Station, construction of injection wells at various locations as recharging scheme and setting up of 'Climate Smart Villages' in Haryana.
The concept notes of these three projects have been prepared by the respective departments.
The Committee has also approved the establishment of an Excellence Centre in the Environment Department for creating a data bank on various climatic parameters of Haryana, which would be used for predicting climate changes with the help of different models.
