This would enable them to serve the people for a longer period, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said, while interacting with media persons after attending the two-day meeting of the state executive of the BJP which concluded here today.
He said it has also been decided to establish a medical college in each district of the state.
Replying to a question, he said during the meeting, discussions were held on several issues, including enhancement of administrative efficiency, problems being faced by BPL families, paddy procurement and redressal of grievances.
He said special focus would be laid on two main programmes, that is Golden Jubilee celebrations marking 50 years of Haryana's existence and the ongoing birthday celebrations of Deendayal Upadhyay.
The golden jubilee celebrations would start from Gurgaon in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 1.
Khattar said several new projects would be launched during this period and the government has earmarked about Rs 1,700 crore for it.
Earlier, addressing the BJP meeting, the Chief Minister said all party workers should maintain a vigil on the functioning of officers and employees and inform the government in case of negligence.
He said several announcements have been made after the BJP government came to power in the state in October 2014 and positive results of these announcements were becoming "visible".
"While it is not possible to provide a government job to every youth, the government is making efforts to generate employment for more than one lakh youth by improving infrastructure and encouraging industrial development," Khattar said.
He claimed a scheme to provide allowance to unemployed graduates was also under consideration.
