The petitioner submitted that the court had already directed the registrar to publish separate list of engineering colleges with similar or identical names along with code number.The court had also ordered that academic performance and pass percentage of the students should be released by engineering colleges affiliated to the University.
However, the registrar was not willing to publish the academic performance and pass percentage of the colleges as per the court order in 2016, saying the court order was only for the last year, the petitioner alleged.
