HC stays appointment of teachers in colleges run by S N Trust

: Kerala High Court today stayed the appointment of teachers in colleges run by S N Trust management.
A Division Bench, comprising Justices Thottathil B Radhakrishnan and Anu Sivaraman made it clear that a pamphlet be displayed at S N Trust Headquarters, Quilon, that interview is purely provisional and appointment would be subject to further orders of the High Court.
The order was issued while cosidering a petition filed by one Suthan, an S N Trust member, alleging that trust secretary is demanding Rs 50 lakh from each candidate for appointment.
He alleged that they planned to fill 63 vacancies of teachers in different colleges under management of the trust.
