Heat wave conditions prevail in Rajasthan

Residents in Rajasthan sweated it out with mercury in Jaisalmer touching 46.5 degree Celsius mark.
Heat wave conditions prevailed at few places in Kota, Bikaner divisions and at isolated areas in Jodhpur division.
Kota recorded maximum at 45.4 Celsius degrees followed by Churu at 45.2, Sriganganagar and Jaipur 45.1 degrees each.
Barmer, Bikaner, Ajmer and Dabok recorded maximum of 45, 44.9, 43.2 and 41.4 degree Celsius respectively.
Met Department has predicted similar weather conditions for tomorrow. Thunderstorms are likely to occur at isolated places in the next 24 hours, it said.
