Heavy rain lashes Raigad district

Heavy unseasonal rain and strong winds disrupted the normal life in many parts of Raigad district this afternoon.
Heavy rain was reported from Mahad, Roha, Matheran, Rasayani, Neral, Karjat, Khalplapur, Pali, etc.
Tree collapse at three places affected the traffic on the Mumbai-Goa national highway near Karjat.
Electricity polls were uprooted at many places.
