According to MeT office, except the sandy desert district of Jaisalmer, rains occurred in entire Rajasthan and major rainfall varied from one cm to 27 cm.
Meanwhile, Shahbaj recorded the maximum rainfall of 26 cms, followed by Bijolia 23, Sangod, Devli 22 each, Anta 20, Jahajpur, Hindoli 19, Banera 17, Atru, Chittorgarh each, Indergarh, Shahpura 14 each, Bundi,Kapasan 13 each, Malpura, Tonk 12 each, Vanasthali 11, Tonk, Masuda 10 cms each, Vallabhnagar 9 cm, and one to 8 cms at many places in the state.
MeT office said that monsoon activity was weak over Jaipur, Sikar, Alwar, Dausa, and Jhunjhunu during the last 24 hours.
SW monsoon could further aggravate during the next 24 hours in the state, a MeT office forecast said here.
