The 40-year-old German model wants to stay together with her boyfriend and they are looking for a "family home" that has enough space for the couple and Klum's four kids, reported TMZ online.
"Klum is very clear as to what she wants in her new place. She wants it to be east of the 405 Freeway and that it should have four separate bedrooms for her children," a source said.
"Perry's sprawling mansion in Hollywood Hills guarantees everything the model desires in a home," it added.
