Highly Regarded wins Kallar Plate

R Foley trained 'Highly Regarded', ridden by jockey N Rupa, won the 'Kallar Plate, the chief event of the races held here today.
The winner is owned by Dr M A M Ramaswamy.
Trainer Foley saddled five winners while jockey M J Casey rode two winners.
