Himachal Pradesh CU should be built in Dehra: BJP MLA

BJP's Jawalamukhi MLA Ramesh C Dhawala today said the campus of a Central University in Himachal Pradesh should be set up in Dehra as it is centrally located.
Dehra has a area suitable for the varisty and is centrally located. Dharamshala already has many offices and it does not have the enough required land, he told PTI.
"I will soon meet the MPs in this connection. If the Central University of Himachal Pradesh is established in Dehra, the area will see development and the youth of the area shall get higher education without extra cost," the MLA said.
