'How I Met Your Mother' series finale to air in March

Hit sitcom 'How I Met Your Mother' series finale will air on March 31 next year, a few months before most shows end.
The CBS sitcom will close out its ninth and final season a bit early, concluding with a one-hour episode on March 31, said the Hollywood Reporter.
Show co-creator, Carter Bays, tweeted the news on December 19.
"Monday, March 31st, 2014. Last 'How I Met Your Mother' forever."
But the show still has much in store before it wraps up for good.
The 200th episode is believed to be about the mother and is told entirely from her point of view.

Starting April 14, 'Two Broke Girls' will take over the time slot of 'How I Met Your Mother'.
