In her message, the governor said the festival of colours not only brings happiness and harmony in the lives of the people but also gives a message of universal brotherhood.
The festival goes a long way in promoting unity amongst the people, irrespective of caste, creed or religion, she said.
Singh said Holi was celebrated by people of all faith and religion and helps in strengthening the social harmony and urged the people to celebrate the festival in its true spirit and work for peace, prosperity and harmony.
