However, the disciples of the godman, who have converted his Satlok Ashram into a virtual fortress, have said they would not allow the police to arrest him till he recovers completely.
Female disciples of Rampal had reached in large numbers at Satlok Ashrama and squatted in front of its gate.
"Even if Sant ji wanted to appear in the court in sick condition we won't allow him to do so. The court has adopted vindictive attitude and we are not going to accept the unjustified order of the court, what may come," Barwala-based Satlok Ashram's spokesperson Raj Kapoor said.
Dr L K Jha, cardiologist of Apolo Hospital, who is monitoring his treatment said, "Earlier Sant Rampal was suffering from high blood pressure. Now he is complaining pain in the chest. After treatment, his other medical reports have been found normal."
As followers of the godman are reaching the ashram and fortifying it, the administration is likely to stop water and electricity supply to the place, sources said.
