They were detained at the Bhagat Ki Kothi Railway Station when they were about to board the Thar Express, an IB source said, adding both have been taken to Jaipur for further interrogation.
Both were under the IB's radar for a long time. It is believed they have passed on many strategic information to their handlers in Pakistan through the Thar Express, the source said.
"We believe that on Friday also, they were leaving for Pakistan with some information," said the source and refused to share information about recoveries from them.
Interrogation would reveal how long they have been active in sharing information with Pakistani handlers, what all have they shared, their local contacts and how they obtained information. These might lead investigators to any mole in the defence, the source added.
