Corporates want to keep pace with the fast changing business enviornment and for skilling their employees, IBS is colloboarting with them to offer short-term courses tailored as per their requirements, the institute's Kolkata branch director Ajay Pathak told reporters here.
IBS will not partner with the government for low-end skilling education but will be open to any opportunity in offering specialised management related skilling.
The business school currently offers two-year PGPM program in the city and Pathak said it continiously interacts with the industry to keep the course relevent.
Nationally IBS is in nine locations and out that three of its branches in Dehradun, Hyderbad and Jaipur are offering MBA degree and the rest, including Kolkata offer courses in PGPM.
