IIFL AMC picks up 2.59 pc in Reliance Nippon Life Asset Mgmt

IIFL Asset Management today said it acquired 2.59 per cent of paid up equity share capital of Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management through secondary market purchase.
The stake was acquired for USD 60 million, IIFL Asset Management said.
Earlier in the month of May 2017, the fund had picked up 1.59 per cent stake in private insurance company ICICI Lombard General Insurance.
