On a tip-off, Parkash was arrested with 52 pouches of illicit liquor in Udhampur town late last night, police said today.
He was transporting these pouches for illegal sale to Sajalta village, they said.
Meanwhile, Bansi Lal was arrested after 55 pouches of spurious liquor was seized from his possession at Roun Domail, according to police.
