While 18-year-old Neha is from the US, Alexey (17) and Andrew (13) are from Russia and Ghana respectively.
An initiative of 'KidsRights Foundation,' the prize is awarded annually to a child who has shown special dedication to children's rights.
Through her foundation 'Empower Orphans,' Philadelphia-based Neha has so far collected over USD 1 million and helped 25,000 children in need in India and the US, a statement issued by the Foundation said.
Alexey is the face of fight against the oppression of homosexuals and transgenders in Russia.
The award has been presented since 2005 and this is the 10th edition.
This year's winner will be announced at the award ceremony on November 18 at The Hague.
Former archbishop Desmond Tutu from South Africa, who won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1984, will present the award.
