Industrial oil strengthens in lacklustre trade

Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial prices extended its gains in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following sustained demand from soap and shippers industries.
While, groundnut oil, refined palmolein and linseed oil ruled stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying.
In non-edible oils segment, castorseeds bold rose by Rs 5 per 100kg to Rs 3,770 from Tuesday's close Rs 3,765 and castoroil commercial inched up by a Re per 10kg to Rs 784.
Linseed oil closed unchanged at Rs 1,050 per 10kg.
Moving to edible section, groundnut oil and refined palmolein ended unaltered at Rs 960 per 10kg and Rs 582 per 10kg respectively.
