In the edible oil, refined palmolein firmed up further on sustained offtake from retailers.
While groundnut oil and linseed oil ruled stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying.
In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold climbed by Rs 85 per 100 kg to Rs 4,250 from Saturday's closing level of Rs 4,165 and castoroil commercial rose by Rs 17 per 10 kg to Rs 880 as against Rs 863 previously.
Moving to edible section, refined palmolein moved up by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 585 as compared to Rs 580 yesterday.
Groundnut oil closed unaltered at Rs 980 per 10 kg.
