The case, which was recently transferred to the court of Additional Sessions Judge Daya Prakash, was scheduled for hearing today but the judge listed it for August 16.
Meanwhile, another court today issued production warrant for August 12 against another accused Chandra Prakash Jain alias Chandresh Jain, who is presently in judicial custody.
The special cell of Delhi police moved the court seeking production warrant against Jain who was allegedly accepting bets by the name of Jupiter.
Besides Chandila, the court would hear the bail pleas of bookies Jitender Kumar Jain, Ashwani Agarwal, Ramesh Vyas, Deepak Kumar, Sunil Bhatia and Firoz Farid Ansari and ex-Ranji player Baburao Yadav, who all are presently in judicial custody.
The police had filed its charge sheet in the case and had alleged that underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and his close aide Chhota Shakeel, who have been "controlling the fixing and betting market" in cricket in India, were behind the IPL spot-fixing scandal.
