Gohar was wettest in the state with 75 mm of rains while the state capital Shimla received 57.5 mm of rains, followed by Kasol 44 mm, Manali 35 mm, Dharampur 33 mm, Palampur and Kahu 32 mm, Kasauli and Arki 23 mm and Baijnath 15 mm.
The maximum day temperatures remained steady in the state with Una being the hottest in the region with a high of 33.8 deg C, followed by Solan 28 deg C, Dharamsala 27.8 deg C, Kalpa 22.8 deg C, Shimla 22.4 deg C and Manali 21.5 deg C.
The local MeT office has predicted heavy rains at some places in the next two days and rain and thundershowers at many places in the state over the next five days.
