Irani asks students to follow Vivekananda's teachings

HRD Minister Smriti Irani today called upon the students to follow the teachings of Swami Vivekananda for character development and nation building.
Participating at an event here, she said, "if we teach what Vivekananda taught, we will not only help in nation building but develop a good character through better education".
RSS leader Indresh Kumar raised concern over growing atrocities against women in the country and reminded about the teachings of Vivekananda who called for honouring and respecting the dignity of women.
