J&K High Court to hold national lok adalat on Sep 8

The Jammu and Kashmir High Court Legal Services Committee (JKHCLSC) will organise a National Lok Adalat on September 8 for the settling litigation cases.

To be held in the Jammu wing of the court, pending cases pertaining to bank recovery, labour dispute, electricity and water bills, matrimonial, and other civil disputes will be taken up before the adalat, official spokesperson said.

All the parties interested in the settlement of their disputes may approach with the title and the number of the case before the Registrar Judicial, High Court of J&K, Jammu wing by or before August 27, the official said.
