"All I Have" is also the name of JLo's 2003 hit featuring rapper LL Cool J.
"I know no matter what the show is, what I'm going to do, every single night, whoever comes, I will be giving you all I have," the star said of the residency, which begins on January 20, 2016.
Lopez then presented the new poster for the concerts online.
Pop star Britney Spears recently extended her "Piece of Me" Las Vegas residency for two more years.
Lionel Richie is also headed to the resort city in 2016 for his "All the Hits" residency.
