All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja today
staged a comeback in India's Test squad after a gap of nearly 14 months as selectors desisted from making wholesale changes to the
16-member squad for the first two matches against South Africa.
The 26-year-old Jadeja was the only change in the Test squad
that had last played against Sri Lanka in an away series.

The selectors also made just one change in the ODI squad, bringing in paceman Sreenath Arvind for Umesh Yadav.
The announcement of the team was made by the BCCI Secretary Anurag Thakur after a meeting of the selection committee headed by Sandeep Patil here.
The Test series will begin from November 5 with Mohali, Bengaluru, Nagpur and Delhi as the venues respectively.
The squads are as follows.
India ODI squad: MS Dhoni (capt, wk), Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Ajinkya Rahane, Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Axar Patel, Harbhajan Singh, Amit Mishra, Mohit Sharma, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, S Arvind, Stuart Binny, Ambati Rayudu, Gurkeerat Mann .
India Test squad (first two Tests): Virat Kohli (capt), Murali Vijay, Shikhar Dhawan, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit Sharma, Wriddhiman Saha (wk), R Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Amit Mishra, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav, KL Rahul, Stuart Binny, Varun Aaron, Ishant Sharma.
