The list, published by online hotel search site trivago, ranks global destinations according to the reputation of their hotels.
Jaipur was a new entrant of the list this year and was placed at 29th position with a score of 82.79 per cent followed by Bengaluru on 75th position scoring 79.61 per cent for its reputation of hotels, the report by trivago said.

"The national capital lands on the bottom of the list of 100 destinations placed on the 94th position in the list with a score of 77.43 per cent," the report said.
In the last year's rankings too Delhi hotels were placed at bottom 90th position.
The trivago Reputation Ranking is based on over 142 million reviews compiled by the hotel search site from over 200 online booking websites.
The ranking only contains hotels with over 60 reviews and cities with over 130 hotels, therefore, examining the most popular destinations in the world.
According to the report, Sanya in China has the most liked hotels in the world, with an index of 86.94 per cent.
The city in Hainan Island has become a popular tourist destination in recent years, due to its tropical climate containing a large number of high rise resort hotels, which are mainly liked for their value of money, excellent facilities, friendly service and beautiful location, it pointed out, the report said.
The report revealed that China has the highest representation on the top 10 list, with Sanya in 1st place, and Suzhou in the 5th position.
Vietnamese capital Hanoi secured the second place with a score of 84.76 per cent followed by Sorrento in Italy slipping to the 3rd position from the pole position of last year with a score of 84.76 per cent.
Morocco stood at 4th position with 84.64 per cent making an entry in the list from the African continent.
The bottom list also included Singapore (99) and Nice (100) in France both scoring 76.55 per cent, Rio de Janeiro (95) in Brazil 77.36 per cent, Birmingham (96) in United Kingdom 77.31 per cent, Perth (97) in Australia 77.11 per cent and Niagara Falls (98) in Canada with 76.69 per cent.
