The party said statements made by RJD leaders Raghuvansh Prasad Singh and Mohammad Taslimuddin were "against the principles" of 'Mahagathbandhan dharma'.
"We have requested the RJD boss Lalu Prasad jee to take action against both Raghuvansh Prasad Singh and Mohammad Taslimuddin. Either these leaders should be kept under control or be suspended (from the party)," JD(U) chief spokesman Sanjay Singh told PTI.
Raghuvansh Prasad Singh has gone into "political coma", the JD(U) chief spokesman said, adding, Raghuvansh has been continuously making statements against his party's national president Nitish Kumar, which is not good for an alliance.
Not a single leader of JD(U) made any statement against RJD leaders, he said.
Meanwhile, former union minister and Araria Lok Sabha member Taslimuddin today once again trained his gun at Nitish Kumar government urging RJD boss to snap its ties with JD(U).
He further said that the chief minister should first set things in order in Bihar before undertaking a nation-wide campaign on prohibition.
Soon after the meeting of the state and central parliamentary board of RJD here yesterday, both Raghuvansh and Taslimuddin had attacked the Nitish Kumar government.
The Araria MP had said that Nitish Kumar should quit as he has failed to tackle the law and order situation. Earlier, Taslimuddin had also said that Nitish Kumar was not a "PM material" and that he was "day dreaming of becoming the prime minister".
