Evans was in pain on July 22 when she finally sought medical help and was told by doctors that she would have to have her appendix removed, reported Radar online.
Her boyfriend Nathan Griffith was by her side throughout her surgery.
"She's been in pain for about a month and I suggested before that it could be her appendix. So I dropped her at the hospital before work. I told her to call me if you go into surgery so I could be there for her," Griffith said.
