Gwyneth Paltrow and Katie Couric are organising the televised benefit, which will air on September 5 on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and HBO, among other networks, reported New York Daily News.
The all-star presenters lineup will feature Reese Witherspoon, Pierce Brosnan, Kiefer Sutherland, Dane Cook, Danny McBride, Rob Lowe and Rob Riggle.
'Arrested Development' star Tony Hale and 'Modern Family' star Eric Stonestreet have filmed promos for the telethon, in addition to agreeing to appear on the show.
The night will also feature musical performances from Ariana Grande, Dave Matthews, Jennifer Hudson, The Who, Lupe Fiasco and Common.
Previous Stand Up to Cancer telethons were held in 2008, 2010 and 2012.
