The 43-year-old 'Waiting for Tonight'hitmaker has apparently planned to create a sprawling estate in the West Holloywood so that she can have an accommodation during their extended visits to the city with their families reported Conatctmusic.
"They are like family, so investing together and living together is natural to them," said a source.
The property is in need of some renovation work before Lopez and Medina movie in later this summer. Medina is the godfather of the singers two children.
