Launching under 'Hamari yozana, hamari vikas', Das laid on-line foundation for over 20 yozanas.
Das told the villagers to discuss and prepare 'yozanas' as per their priorities and the government would transfer funds directly in the gram panchayat account.
He also told the villagers that they should decide how should their village turn 15 years from now and on that context prepare 'yozanas'.
Jharkhand Rural Development Minister Neel Kanth Singh Munda had said the two-day gram sabha meetings would be held in 32,000 revenue villages, beginning today.
