Jharkhand outplayed Karnataka 6-1, while Uttar Pradesh thrashed Assam 8-1 in Pool C matches of the 5th Senior National hockey championship 2015 (Women) division 'A' here today.
In Pool D matches, Punjab beat Bhopal 4-2 while Mumbai Hockey Association blanked Kerala 11-0.

Pool C: Jharkhand 6 (Birsi Mundu (2, 22, 43), Sabnam Lakra (25, 57), Etwari Mundu (29) vs Karnataka 1 (Muthamma PG (17). Uttar Pradesh 8 (Pratibha Chaudhary (19, 36) Renna Devi (25, 34), Srishti Singh (44), Kavita Maurya (48), Pooja Kundu (54) Sadhana Singh (59) vs Assam 1 (Moully Yadav (42).
Pool D: Punjab 4 (Pooja Rani (2), Gurjit Kaur (38), Navpreet Kaur (52, 57) vs Bhopal 2 (Rashmi Singh (32), Pragya Maourya (58).
