The company had posted a net loss of Rs 2.08 crore in the same period last fiscal, JK Paper said in a filing to the BSE.
Net sales during the quarter under review stood at Rs 466.36, up from Rs 368.07 crore in the year-ago period.
Results for the quarter have been adversely affected due to additional interest and depreciation due to commissioning of a new pulp mill and paper machine in August last year.
Besides, increase in input costs over corresponding periods and exceptional costs incurred during stabilisation of the new plant also affected the performance, it added.
