BroEx, a mobile-based property brokers network, has tied up with real estate consultant JLL India's housing arm for getting access to exclusive deals.
JLL has recently announced its foray into e-commerce to market homes online through new platform JLLR.Co.In. It had earlier this week tied up with online marketplace Snapdeal to sell homes.
"This alliance will connect customers, brokers and developers and back the efforts of home search with quality on-ground distribution supported with an automated sales process," BroEx said in a statement.
Through this association, both partners aim to build a strong, comprehensive, omni channel distribution network of over 80,000 brokers for distribution that will benefit buyers across markets.
BroEx founder Pallav Pandey said: "By partnering with JLL, BroEx gets access to great deals and best-in-class project diligence to deliver fabulous choices to customers."
Commenting on this alliance, JLL India CEO - Residential Services Ashwinder Raj Singh said: "With the launch of our new portal and alliance with BroEx, we now offer a unique blend of online-offline services."
To cater to the demand generated in the newer micro- markets, this alliance helps us build scale and distribution network, he added.
"Our vision is to serve our customers more effectively by keeping their convenience in mind and providing Grade A developers with a robust deal closure pipeline," Singh said.
BroEx, which operates through a networking app, helps builders sell their ready-to-move inventory through 80,000+ brokers.
JLL India has presence in 11 cities with a staff strength of over 8,400. It provides investors, developers, local corporates and multinational firms with a comprehensive range of services in the property sector.
