The company, a subsidiary of Kalpataru Power Transmission, had reported Rs 4.29 crore profit in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, it said in a statement.
Its total revenues for the quarter, however, declined 3.24 per cent to Rs 582.78 crore during April-June quarter from Rs 602.32 crore a year ago.
The company's order-book as on date is over Rs 5,100 crore including a new order worth over Rs 57 crore received during the quarter.
"We are on track of our target to improve margins with consolidation in topline growth, considering current healthy order-book and orders in pipeline, we expect to achieve higher topline growth going forward," the company's Deputy Managing Director S K Tripathi said.
First three projects including Rohtak-Bawal, Agra-Aligarh and Nagpur-Wainganga road projects are operating on full length and full-toll basis.
