Joshi, who has been in top-5 for the past two days had a strange card with four birdies and three double bogeys for a 74 that saw him slip down, but Chiragh with a second successive 69 also moved to eighth as did Himmat (70).
Himmat had two birdies in his first three holes and two more in last three and in between suffered a double bogey on eighth.
Joshi, second at the Queen's Cup recently, birdied four times but double bogeyed the seventh, 11th and 14th holes.
Matthew Giles of Australia shot a two-under 70 to seize the third round lead after Hsieh Chi-hsien of Chinese Taipei struggled in the closing three holes today.
The 25-year-old Giles produced three birdies and one eagle against three bogeys to lead by one shot on nine-under 207 at the challenging Bali National Golf Club.
Hsieh was cruising on 11-under through 15 holes before making two disappointing double bogeys on holes 16 and 17.
Lindsay Renolds of Canada was a further shot back following a 70 while Micah Lauren Shin of the United States registered a 69 to trail the leader by three shots.
