Judge, guard assaulted for Kali puja donation

A district judge and his security guard were assaulted by a group of men demanding donation for Kali puja at a place here in Birbhum district, police said today, adding that four persons were arrested.
The men stopped the car of Chief Judicial Magistrate of Suri court, Indranil Chatterjee, last night and demanded money as donation for Kali puja.
When his security guard came out of the car, he was assaulted. The judge too was heckled and assaulted, police said.
Chatterjee went to Suri police station and lodged a complaint following which the police arrested four persons.
