Sahyama Rani (6th, 85th), Archana Kumari(35th) and Neha Kumari(90+1) scored for Bihar while Purnima Linda (18th), Anamika Kumari (41st) and Puja Kumari(48th) scored for Jharkhand.
Bihar started well with a goal in the sixth minute by Shyama Rani.
Bihar started to move the ball around really well with their mid-fielders Tara Khatoon and Surbhi Kumari maintaining a strong midfield line for Bihar.
Jharkhand, having experienced players of the likes of Binita Kerketta and Rekha Oraon, slowly found their rhythm and equalised in the 18th minute with Purnima Linda finding the back of the net.
Being a goal down, Jharkhand went into an attacking mode and started putting pressure on to the opposition goal.
Anamika Kumari scored in the 41st minute to restore parity for Jharkhand and both teams went into the half-time break with a scoreline of 2-2.
Jharkhand came out of the half-time break with an attacking mode and scored in the early minutes of the second half through by Puja Kumari in the 48th minute to give Jharkhand a 3-2 lead.
Jharkhand held on to the lead for a long period of time and the game seemed to be poised to go in favour of Jharkhand with very little time left for it to end.
The experienced Shyama Rani scored a goal in the 85th minute and both to make it 3-3.
Bihar scored the winning goal in the injury time.
