The song is produced by hitmaker Max Martin, who once worked with Timberlake when he was still a part of NSYNC.
It will appear on the soundtrack of DreamWorks' "Trolls", reported Ace Showbiz.
In addition to contributing original songs, the singer voices a character named Branch in the animated flick.
Timberlake has also been busy working on material for his next solo album, which is planned to be released in the fourth quarter of 2016.
Pharrell Williams and Timbaland are said to be among musicians enlisted for what will be the "Mirrors" hitmaker's first studio installment since his 2013 chart-toppers "The 20/20 Experience" and "The 20/20 Experience - 2 of 2".
