The 39-year-old model, who has a daughter Lila Grace Moss Hack, uses the photo-sharing website but has only 25 followers, reported E! online.
"My daughter loves Instagram. I do Instagram but I've only got 25 followers," she said.
Moss could easily have millions of followers if they know her Instagram handle. However, she does not intend to share it.
"I don't really want anyone to know where I am. I don't want people to know what I'm doing. That's the complete opposite of what I feel like," she added.
"I couldn't think of anything worse than people knowing what I'm doing all the time. I just don't understand it. I don't get it all," Moss had said.
