Osbourne had purchased the 1950s one-bedroom home, which sits on 1,250 square foot of land for USD 1,195,000 nine years ago.
The property designed in 1952 by Robert Byrd, estate agents Hilton Hyland say Kelly's home is beautifully detailed throughout and completely updated.
