Khalsa's supporters call for Ludhiana bandh tomorrow

The supporters of Surat Singh Khalsa, who is on hunger strike since January 16 demanding the release of Sikh prisoners lying in various jails, have given a call of Ludhiana Bandh for tomorrow.
The call was given by Gurpreet Singh Guri president of the Sangarsh Simiti formed by the Khalsa supporters here today.
Meanwhile Deputy Commissioner of Ludhiana Rajat Aggarwal along with SSP Ludhiana Rural Police district Ravcharn Singh Brar today went to the residence of Surat Singh Khalsa at his village Hassanpur.
His supporters did not allow his medical check up by the government doctors.
Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana police Navin Singla said that police have made elaborate security arrangements in the city and village Hassanpur regarding tomorrow's Bandh call.
