The 29-year-old socialite, who tied the knot with Odom in 2009, will allegedly be citing irreconcilable differences between the two in her divorce papers, reported Us magazine.
The couple have been living apart from several months because of Odom's drug use.
Kardashian has not been photographed with her wedding ring since November 23, and has hinted a heartbreak in several recent posts on Instagram and Twitter.
"I am strong because I've been weak. I am fearless because I've been afraid. I am wise because I've been foolish," she recently posted.
