Vitalii Sediuk lunged at Kardashian, 33, at the event and tried to pull her to the ground as she stepped out of her car, reported TMZ.
She will apparently ramp up her personal security, complete with armoured vehicles. Kardashian and rapper husband Kanye West, 37, have reportedly hired two additional teams of armed bodyguards who will encircle them whenever they are in public during fashion week.
The couple, however, will not retain the additional security when it come back to the US.
