Kishmish softens on low demand

Kishmish prices declined by Rs 100 per 40 kg at the wholesale dry fruits market today on tepid demand.
However, other dry fruits moved in a narrow range in limited deals and pegged at last levels.
Marketmen said weak demand from retailers against ample stocks position mainly led to decline in kishmish prices.
In the national capital, kishmish Indian yellow and green were down by Rs 100 each to Rs 4,500-5,000 and Rs 5,000-8,500 per 40 kg, respectively.
