'Know Your Army' exhibition to be held in Delhi on Aug 12-13

As part of its Independence Day celebrations, the Army would organise a two-day 'Know Your Army' mela based on the theme "Indian Army: Know our Might" in the national capital.
It would be held on August 12-13 August at Central Vehicle Depot (CVD), Delhi Cantonment from 9 AM to 5 PM.
It is open to general public for witnessing the military equipment, demonstrations and screening of motivational movies.
The event will include display of wide array of military equipment and weapons which would demonstrate the technological advancement and military might of the Indian Army.
In addition to the above, the Army Tank Museum showcasing various vintage tanks would also form part of display.

Various stalls are being established where information about joining the Indian Army through different type of entries will be provided.

Cultural shows comprising Army Band Display and other entertainment programs will be held.
Food courts and refreshments catering to different tastes would also be set up.
The event promises to be a unique, unforgettable and motivational experience for the youth and general public to see and feel from close quarters, the army way of life.
